Application
For use as an additive to all types of mineral oils to enhance load bearing capacity and impart extreme pressure carrying abilities for minimizing wear and excessive friction, for eliminating metal to metal contact, welding and seizure.
Useful as an extreme pressure, anti wear additive to oils in gear boxes, bearings, machinery parts where it reduces severe friction, wear, galling or welding of bearing surfaces and gear teeth, over-heating, operating temperatures and operating noise levels.
Molybdenum disulfide present prevents danger of lubricant starvation and provides emergency lubrication.
Energy savings are greatly enhanced by reduction in power consumption.
Machining fluids and cutting oils during operations of broaching, milling, tapping, gear hobbing, stamping, punching, drawing operations to eliminate metal to metal contact, welding, metal pick up and effect faster and smoother production operations as well as increase in tool life.
For lubrication of all types of chains working under severe operating conditions of high temperatures, excessive friction, high loads, water and corrosive presence.
Direction to Use
To be added to lubricating and gear oils in proportion of 5 % to 10 % by volume for equipment under high loads. Do not add to aqueous metal working emulsions. Use undiluted for applications where danger of overheating exists such as hot gear boxes
