Solid lubricants based grease paste for reducing wear and withstanding high pressures; metal-free

Application

    Highly recommended for use on all threaded and flanged connections operating at very high temperatures and
    corrosive conditions to enable faster and rapid non destructive disassembly after long operational periods as in autoclaves, furnace, boilers, reactors, turbines, extrusion mandrels, compressors, heat exchangers, gas generators, plastic molding machines, chemical, petrochemical, refining, iron and steel, wood manufacturing equipment.
  • Heavy duty thread compound for studs, nuts, bolts, valve stems, spindles, exhaust pipes, cylinder and engine head screws, steam lines exposed to high temperatures, water, steam, saline, chemical and corrosive environments to provide complete protection from seizure and corrosion.
  • Use for press fit joints, guides, sliding contact surfaces, door hinges, seals, spark plugs, springs.

Direction to Use

Use as supplied. Never dilute or mix with other oil or grease. Clean and degrease the surface of all previous residues prior to application. With a wire brush, apply the paste in adequate quantity on the surface and right down up to the base stem of the thread. The excess paste need not be removed as it provides a good sealing effect.
