ASV ASA 540 Welding Spatter Release & Prevention Liquid- Silicone Free

ASV®ASA 540 is a water-based, silicone-free, anti-stick separation agent for preventing adherence of spatter to welding surfaces.
Formulated with special synthetic release agents, it prevents the burning of welding spatters on contact tips and work pieces thereby eliminating the need for chiseling, grinding or brushing after welding. ASV®ASA 540 improves the surface finish of equipment and
saves valuable time and labor. It does not contain any silicones or ozone-depleting chemicals and is paintable thereby enabling post-welding treatment as painting or any other industrial metal treatment processes. ASV®ASA 540 outperforms aerosol-based spatter release agents and besides economy adds to the safety of usage as it contains no flammable solvents or propellants, especially in enclosed work areas.
