MR® 76 F Magnetic powder suspension fluorescent serves to indicate cracks when performing magnetic particle inspection under UV-light
Yellow-green fluorescence

Processing temperature +10 to +50 °C

Application

Remove fat and oil (e.g. with MR® 71 Paint Remover) as well as tinder, rust and other contaminations from surface in a suitable manner
Apply MR® 76 F Magnetic powder suspension fluorescent on the surface during magnetization (e.g. with a MR® Hand yoke)
Under UV-light discontinuities will appear as yellow-green fluorescent magnetic particle indications on surface
After documentation the surface can be cleaned with MR® 71 Paint Remover

Direction to Use

Will keep for a minimum of 4 years, stored at room temperature
